Sky Box not found

I can't access recorded programs on screen it says  Sky Q box not found 

I can still watch programmes on Sky so I must be connected

Do you have a multiscreen subscription on your account ?

Can you watch BBC 1 via Sky Go ?

Same issue here. Have multi screen, connected through same WiFi, can access live tv but can't find the box to allow me to access recordings. Tried removing and reinstalling app and no joy.
