Six Weeks Without Sky Go

Around six weeks ago my Sky Go stopped working, I used it in the morning and it stopped working in the afternoon.

 

Usually I get error code 1313 but sometimes 1413, there is a problem with your account.

 

I am using a Windows 12 HP PC.

 

I have called Sky 4 or 5 times, emailed them, each time you have start from the beginning. Despite being told otherwise there seems to be no notes being left on my account which is why we have to start over every single time.

 

With numerous different Sky people we have checked all settings, updated everything on my PC, Q Box and Sky Go app. Changed passwords several times, removed, reinstalled.

 

The only issue we can find is that I cannot remove devices on my Sky Go on the Sky Website. I click remove but the old device is still there.

 

I used to use Sky Go a lot, I really miss it.

 

Six weeks of having to call in, being told the back office will sort it out, numerous promised calls back not received.

 

I keep being told thank you for being a being a VIP member of long standing, well how about some VIP customer service and getting my Sky Go fixed?

Hi ,  I have the exact same problem ,  Sky go was working properly then suddenly  errors and tech difficulties ,  error with your account etc,

After emailing ,  phoning, complaining etc , i got  a reply from Sky  saying   that there was a problem with Sky Go  and the Web page for 

removing devices ,  They are working on it but that was a week ago and  there are still problems  with Sky Go,  I am getting the feeling that

they want customers to upgrade to Sky Go extra but  doing this is also impossible   1. Online and 2  with talking with somebody . With the 

package i have with Sky i should automatically  be upgraded to Sky Go Extra
