It this when you try to watch something via the Sky Go app, if so can you answer these questions:

 

Are you new to Sky or has the Sky Go app being working for you up to now ?

Its been working fine, son got new phone & wont let him use it, says that message. When trying to remove devices, been saying it for weeks, its on phone & laptop, did ALL troubleshooting & no VPN
