My sky go topped working on my phone and I pad 4 days ago . I've reset everything and still doesn't work . I've rang sky but they said there's an issue but don't know when this will be fixed . We are paying for a service that doesn't work and this is not good enough . Please reply asap to let me know this issue will soon be resolved

It is just buffering all the time . You can watch recordings but nothing on tv channels

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried deleting the app, rebooting your broadband router if the device is connected to your Wi-Fi then once the Wi-Fi is up and running again rebooting the device the app is installed on before installing the app again.
Something else to try if you are connected to Wi-Fi is to change the broadcast channel is is transmitting on.
