I am trying to work Sky Go on my new Windows 11 laptop but it looks like it is installed but I get a

I have a new Windows 11 laptop and downladed Ske Go from the Sky website.  It looked like it installed ok but when I try to open it I get an error message.  I have tried to uninstall it as suggested on help sites and I get an error mesage when trying to do that aswell.  What can I do from here?
