Have had Sky go since can`t remember when and suddenly today it says you need to upgrade?

I have been on a new contract for months now. Been told to uninstall and reinstall bu still no access. Any clues please?

Can you watch any live tv without seeing this message ?

Actually I only tried Sky Sports to which I subscribe anyway but having tried live Sky News it does work on that.

I am at work now but will try it when I am home in case it`s being blocked somehow.
