Since last week we have been unable to access our sky go. We have the app on our ps5 and my phone. It was all fine and was able to watch on either prior to this. Now it says we need a SkyQ multi screen or sky go extra. We have sky go extra and it's itemised on our bill like usual.
absolutely stumped. Virtual assistant keeps having a fit and doesn't help whatsoever.
any ideas?

Sky Q and have done for a while. We changed our package at Christmas and added sports and new deal with broadband
