SKY GO EXTRA

Since last week we have been unable to access our sky go. We have the app on our ps5 and my phone. It was all fine and was able to watch on either prior to this. Now it says we need a SkyQ multi screen or sky go extra. We have sky go extra and it's itemised on our bill like usual. 

absolutely stumped. Virtual assistant keeps having a fit and doesn't help whatsoever. 

any ideas?

This could be tied into an ongoing fault with the Sky Go app that is seeing more and more people posting on here about this, Sky are aware and are looking into it.

What TV service do you have (Sky Q, Glass or Stream)  and have you recently made any changes to it ?

Sky Q and have done for a while. We changed our package at Christmas and added sports and new deal with broadband

And is this message appearing on all devices you have the Sky Go app install or just your Playstation ?
