Rugby and F1 download only

I cannot play super rugby and certain F1 content on my iPad the only option is to download to skybox. This is a recurring and frustrating issue. Sometimes the play option becomes available after a while but at this moment the 2 super rugby games from yesterday (over 24 hrs old) are still download only.
