Remove a device from Sky Go

If I try to remove a device from Sky Go using MySky I get an error message saying "Whoops that page doesn't exist."

 

How do I remove devices from Sky Go?

@CanardNoir Open the Sky Go app and click on the gear icon in the top left.

 

Then go to the Devices - Manage Your Devices section.

Thanks for that.

 

I've tried that and after the endless loop of SkyGo updating itself and then checking for updates, I get this:-

 So, back to where I started. Sky seem to enjoy sending us round in endless cycles. Maybe they're experimenting with virtual perpetual motion machines. Lots of activity but getting nowhere.

@CanardNoir What device are you using the Sky Go app? If it's a laptop maybe try it on a phone? I have it on my phone and if I click on option above it takes my to My Sky and shows my devices.

Oh dear!

 

Round we go - it wanted me to login (again) and then took me to the same page which started this whole thing.

 

Why is Sky's IT so broken? I pre-ordered a phone yesterday which is due for delivery on 22 July. Today they sent me a sealed empty box by DPD to return my exisiting phone. Bonkers!

 

I'm grateful for your attempt to help - I'll give up for now. I value my good mental health and suspect Sky will put that in peril if I continue to pursue this.
