Recently upgraded from Sky+ hd to Sky Q.
Not been able to remote record since it was installed. The Sky go app says that it has been sent to the box but there's no recording on the box.
Anybody had this problem and fixed it?

Yes had a new card with the Sky Q box.
Not had any luck with anyone at Sky able to sort the problem yet.

Yes the viewing card number is correct.
Noticed the Sky+ is showing on my devices though so maybe that

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

They have managed to get my devices to say I have Sky Q box now instead of Sky + and they've had me resetting this and that but nothing worked so far
Recordings get sent on Sky go but dont record and if i use the TV guide in a browser it just says error when i press record.

Could it be that they are still investigating, is the chat bubble no longer available ?

They are but nothing is working and i don't hold out much hope that it's going to get sorted.

Just updated the software on the box and seems to be working now 🤞
