sky go app won't load (WINDOWS)

I have the same Issue error 1404 and installed it on 3 PCS!!!! yeh it's on there end

Do you have a TV subscription from Sky ?

If so make sure you are logged in with the correct ID/email

Something else to try is to go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.

I am almost 7years gold and under the vip rewards which by the way I have never looked at until this week it says: Watch Sky TV on your phone, tablet or laptop at no extra cost(sky go app). I am just on broadband package but it saying I can watch at no cost? Also i clicked your link and it just signs me in doesn't link to details page

Do I need a sky Q box? My router getting old now I thought it just connects throught my pc broadband connection hmm

Watching television through Sky Go requires a Sky television subscription on Sky+, Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream hardware.  Just being a Sky Broadband customer won't do it.

Thx for clearing that up for me I'm going to look into upgrading my package to include one of those

Then that is your issue as you have to be a TV customer to watch TV via Sky Go.
