I've been having the same issue aswell. it happe a every so often. I pay over £100 a month for my service I shouldnt have to deal with this situation. it happens again and again and again. ridiculous service. what are u going to do to compensate me for this.

Nothing as this is a customer helps customer forum only so Sky will not respond to your post so do you want to give us some more information like what is happening, are you new(ish) to Sky or have you returned after being away for 18 months or more ?
