Sky subscription upgrade despite that we have the package
We are trying to watch sports on sky go and each time it is saying we need to upgrade our subscription but we already have the correct package which was allowing us to watch at the weekend but today now no longer allows us to. I have removed and redownloaded the app, updated the network settings and still no luck. Can someone help please?

Are you trying to watch live sports via a Sky Sports or TNT Sports channel ?
