Can’t watch sky sports on sky go

Hi, I've always been able to watch sky sports on my iPad or iPhone, I've tried to watch it tonight and it keeps telling me to upgrade my subscription. I've had Sky Sports for years, haven't made any amendments to my package. Any ideas please

I'm having the same problem tonight with Sky Go on my iPad. It won't open the cricket from W3st Indies and keeps asking my to check MySky subscriptions. I have the SkySports pack, so what's happened to Sky Go on my iPad? Any suggestions welcomed.

The cricket tonight @Dave+Houlston is on TNT sports so do you pay Sky for access to the TNT channels as they are not part of the Sky Sports package. If you don't and you pay BT/EE then you need to use the Discovery+ app.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
