I have spent several hours on the same isue and i have just upgraded hours with this issue, stressful and too many staff saying i need to download wich i did then to find a a total mess well i did that several times and all of the staff in india tec where saying it my new laptop get a third party to sort it.
What a load of rubbish. The code came from sky accounts section get you act together and be honest when there is a problem.
If they had half a brain code 1410 and 1310 states i have not got the right subscrition to watch football or tv or other programmes . one fullish represebtative in india ok make it a few more could not tell me what the codes me.
One actually informed me my new laptop and to get a contractor to fix it.
What a useless effort he was after 1 hour lisening to absolut rubbish . one member of staff around 5. 20pm in india stated it is the laptop windows 11 that is causing the issue know i dont know whoo to trust.
sky can make their own mind up.
Angry is foremost in my mind. the very first repredentative was out of his depth He stated he was a technical person .
Sadly by way of communication he is far from that.
If your reading this sky please sort this issue I pay £85 /month and this merry go round is unprofessional with member to give incorect comments....get staff to be honest and reduce stress to customers ....
.NOT IMPRESSED " laptop NO GO" it is like having a new car with 3 wheels . this is a true account of the past 3 days.
