Having issues downloading/ watching shows on an android phone it comes up with error code 0-01 can someone help please.

For downloading shows you requite Sky Go Extra on your account so do you have this ?

Oh no I don't but I'm more worried about it not playing the videos rather than the downloads. Do you need premium for SkyAlantic?

Not sure what you mean by premium but you should be able to stream (not download) content from Sky Atlantic without Sky Go Extra.
