Programs will not download to phone

I used to download alot of the programs to my phone to watch as work mainly sky sports programs. But mine has stopped letting me download any skysports programs and alot of others. 

Has anyone experienced this too or if there a fault somewhere with mind.

Yes it's sky go extra. Some programs are able to download but alot will not now for some reason.

Can you give some examples, remember though the Sky Go app will show all content that is available and not just those you can download and watch back via the app itself as it will also show you those that you can watch via your Sky box.

Yes all the sky sports programs I have recorded will not download to phone ie football, rugby, f1 

No bt Sports will. I used to download ufc to watch wile out the house. 

One odd one is one program from channel 4 it let's me download 1 episode but all the rest will not. 

I was on the phone yesterday with sky for 40mins. No solution yet but its getting escalated and I'm booked for call back Friday. Hopefully it will get resolved
