When I try to watch any programme that I have recorded on DAZN1HD via the Sky Go app I keep getting an error message that says: "Sorry, something went wrong. Your device is being registered. Please wait a few minutes before trying again. If your problem continues, you may need to turn your Q box off and on again at the mains, or contact Sky Customer Services."
I have tried the troubleshooting advised on the Sky help pages (turn on / off and remove viewing card) but still got the same issue. I can watch the recordings on my tv via Sky Q box. I use Sky Go apps on both Apple and Android. Please help! Thank you!

The answer is.......you can only watch the recordings on your main Q box and not on mini boxes or Sky Go 🥺
