I have previously downloaded Sky Go on to my Windows laptop which until yesterday worked perfectly.
I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled.
The Sky Go screen opens, then displays the cookies options, I select essential only, this then takes me to the sign in screen
I start to input my user name and before I can finish the program hangs and then closes
This has now happened on several occasions, how can I fix this?

Thanks so much for trying to help. I've looked at all the settings on my laptop and can't see anything running that would prevent the app from launching properly
It downloads without any issues and opens properly, the issue just arises when I get to the point of entering my log in details.
The program was working perfectly a day ago so really don't understand why I am continually getting the issue now

I've now tried everything, re-booting the system, clearing out all cookies, scanned for viruses.
I am still getting the same issue
1. Sky Go page displays
2. Screem shows 'checking for updates'
3. Moves on to 'options page - Accept all, Essential only or Manage
4. I select 'Accept All'
5. Page then moves on to 'User name and 'Password page, this is where the issue oocurs - I get the blue circle of doom over the two boxes - i.e. username and password, then the page just shuts down

I have the same problem, its so annoying! nothing seems to work SKY GO isn't working on my Macbook Air or my Ipad, but i can get it on the TV and my Iphone
any idea's Ive tried re booting removing app reloaded and it still wo't work!!

Perhaps its an issue within Sky as you are having the exact same issue?
My next action is to give their tech team a call

I've already logged this with them and everything they tell me to do doesn't work so waitfir their response again , it's strange at it worked fine 2 days ago

One happy lady! It's now working with the help of Kenny from Sky messenger he gave me another link to download SKY GO and it now works 👍 well done Kenny

Guess what left the laptop and have lost it again.!!! so another call to SKY in the pipeline!!!

Any update on this problem as I have the same issues. Seems to affect Windows 11 users with new PCs or laptops.
