Logged out and in 11 times with no change to being able to connect.

did you get this sorted? Im having the same thing. Was watching fine all morning. Stopped for a bit, went to start up again and just keep getting this. Tried clearing my cache etc. But cant get in.
Im on Chrome. But ive never had an issue before using it.
