Paying for sky apps which I already pay extra for each month.

Do I really need to pay even more than I do each month to get sky channels on my sky phone (sky sim too). I pay extra for Disney channel etc but now to download them onto my phone it says I need to pay subscription again. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong? Many thanks in advance for ANY help or advice given. Susan xx

When you use the Sky Go app to download directly from a Sky Q box to the app you require a multscreen sub. Otherwise to download to the app (without using a Sky Q box) you would need Sky Go Extra and this costs £5 a month if you do not have multiscreen on your account.
