Since the app updated I can't seem to pause the devices from accessing WIFI I've been thru so many avenues I've deleted the app I've reinstalled I've called Sky and no one seems to understand the Glitch I have WiFi max I can't seem to use the feature I pay for which is a bit fustrating not being able to pause my son devices from accessing WIFI 

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max if anyone is familiar with this issue please any advice would be great

Thank you sky experts any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't no why I have no access to parental controls and I have WiFi max  I've called Sky about this numerous times and no one seems to no why they told me to come on here to maybe find some advice from  other customers I've followed some steps and tryed a few other ways but still no joy
