Any help would be greatly appreciated !

I've followed and read a lot of the same issues I've tried other customers I am still unable to access parental controls or pause devices

@Helen322 if you have bought Sky's WiFi Max package the parental controls are in the My Sky app if they arentvthere ot aren'tvworking call Sky tomottow see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

The thing I think your missing is I don't have this in my app so this isn't very helpful advice as I've spoken to sky numerous occasions about this issue it's a glitch in the app itself as I do not have access to no parental controls thanks for your advice !

@Helen322 I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
