PFE 9303 error

Sky Go has been working fine on my Windows laptop until this afternoon, when I've started getting the PFE 9303 error and obviously attempts to contact Sky have been unsuccessful since I don't have the same mobile number used to set up the account.

 

I have followed all the instructions on the Sky suggestions: restarts, reinstalls etc.

 

I am not using a VPN.

 

I am not running any screen capture software. Heck, I'm trying to run literally nothing but Sky Go. I've been on Task Manager to make sure there's nothing it can possibly object to. It's running Windows and Sky Go and that's it.

 

Any ideas? Or just anybody else having the same problem?

 

Nice of them to still load ads for other sky services though. Very helpful. Not at all infuriating.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This is an utter DISGRACE considering how much hard-earned dosh we all fork over to Sky each month!! MY issue started on Thursday, but without the PFE9303, just wouldn't play and told me there was an 'error'. Now, PFE9303 is on EVERY (removed) device I own trying to access Go, so, 2 iPhones, an iPad and three Windows compys are now Sky Go bricks!!! FIX IT NOW, SKY!!!

I start getting this error too today. First also about mid day then I call support and till they fix anything it start (sky go) working again by itself. So I watch 1 movie and when try to change channel it start geting  me this error agfain so I cannot use sky go again.  Eve while that call on support she mentioned that there was some problem with some server. Looks like this issue is on Sky side. Please find and fix it for us

No doubt, their absolutely brilliant tech boffins decided to nerd out on the code and have completely dragged it!!! How about reverting to the previously working version, Sky, like we all have to do with our devices??!!

Surprise, surprise!! Sky musta received an avalanche of complaints about this app today (removed) and get it sorted. All working again...for now!! (removed)
