Not working
My sky box showing message you can't watch TV at the moment as there is a connectivity problem

@Neet3 You'll need to advise which Sky Box you have as you've posted this on the Sky Go board which is an app service and is the wrong board.
Do you have SKy+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
