Subtitles are not working in Sky Go on either my android tablet or android phone, I've rebooted my tablet, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.Also checked in settings that they are turned on.In all the recordings I've checked if I press the three dots it just shows a tick next to Audio On.
Anyone suggest anything please?

It was my fault, Sky Go was still connected to the Sky Q box. Disconnected it and subtitles are now on live tv.
Anyway when it is connected why can't Sky let us have have subtitles when watching our recordings?
