Nned a solution to the 1410 error code

This comes up a lot in the chat but for some ridiculous reason sky don't want to share the solution!! Works on my phone but get a 1410 error code on my laptop on any channel I try to watch. Solution please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Make sure you are logged in with the correct Sky ID and password so the same one you have used with youyr iphone.
