This comes up a lot in the chat but for some ridiculous reason sky don't want to share the solution!! Works on my phone but get a 1410 error code on my laptop on any channel I try to watch. Solution please?

Everything. But works fine on my phone so clearly my subscription is fine 🤷🏼♂️
