New ipad SkyGo Error 10

Receiving various errors when I go to watch live events on my ipad.

 

Deleted app and re-downloaded to no avail

If you are watching live sport have you tried the Sky Sports app instead to see if this works for you ?

I hadn't considered this previously, however I just tried to no avail.

 

The "experts" on twitter have suggested I turn it off on an again and delete and re-download the app, twice now.

 

Unsurprisingly, neither option has worked
