New customer having issue with sky go

Hi there I requested to be switched to sky stream and broadband on the 4th of December and the connection date is scheduled for the 18th of December.according to Sky's information regarding sky go it states it is accessible straight away.but it's not letting me log in I contacted by phone and spoke to two different people who told me different things one said I was right and that sky go is available now but the other said I can't use it until the connection date.so I checked the information on skys website and it says sky go is accessible from the day you request to switch.i have tried getting through on chat but it only gives the option to call saying there is no active subscription on my account and I really don't want to call again I have bad anxiety and struggle with calls
