MySky app message notification

Ok so, I know this sounds really petty but, I've just deleted the MySky app for the second time. It keeps showing a message notification but when I go to messages there's nothing there. Can't get rid of the notification 😡

Any ideas??? Please

What does this notification say and what device is the app installed on ?

It's just a blue dot on my messages. It's on my phones Home Screen too, that's the annoying bit.

Are you sure it is down to the MySky app. !

Habe you gone through the settings on your iPhone to see if there is a setting that can disable it ?

I get the issue anytime I get something new. or replaced by Sky. The notification initially comes up when the item gets shipped, but when it arrives it disappears as an item from all the MySky apps text screens. But the blue notification circle won’t go away!
