Mrs A Wheatley

My sky go app has not worked since 17/9/24 and still Is not have rung up on 2 occasions you saying it is a technical fault, surely by now this should of been ressolved by now.

I look forward to hearing from you about this problem soon and about compensation for the inconvenience I've had

What device is the app installed on ?

What is happening when you go to use it ?

When it happens to me I delete the app turn the phone off and on and if I can clean the cookies then re download it's helped me x
