Messenger slow and sometimes doesn’t send. Facebook doesn’t show videos on both my iPhone and iPad.

The connection was ok when we first moved into this property but since the engineer connected the system it has been poor.  We have installed a booster but that has not helped with the problem

For the Facebook issue have you checked your broadband shield settings which you can access via the MySky app.
