Told my broadband canx before it’s began

I signed up to sky broadband on 12 July then received an email asking me to call them. After eventually getting through to a human and 20 mins was not able to find out what has happened and how to sort out. Told the phone line provider (have bt fibre ) have cancelled it. Was told would be called back yesterday but no one has been in touch. I tried to put complaint in but no way to do it. Chat not working. Did not want to call again and get no answer.

@Kerrybee2 You are talking about BT fibre or are you talking about Openreach who are the network provider? The options to make a complaint if you have more concerns you should just add them in.

 

But you need to get to the bottom of why Openreach stopped the install from going ahead.

How to get a response from Sky

I've phoned, used chat and cannot get an answer why my broadband has been cancelled before it's started. I put a review on Trust Pilot but see they have not replied to any bad review in over a year. Does anyone know how to get them to respond?
