Maximum Device Error

I am logged in to 2 devices, I pay sky go extra so should be allowed up to 6 but it says I am viewing on my maximum number, I have changed my password, removed all the devices and started again and still keeps happening!

It used to be you could only add so many devices every month, if you delete all devices you cannot re-dd ALL of the baxk again

 

Not sure if this is still the case but it does fit with your issue

Thanks but they have all added back but still can't watch on more then 1 device at a time, just called sky and they said they unsure!? I'm paying extra so this is frustrating!

How many devices are currenty using Sky Go at the same time because with Sky Go extra for 4 concurrent streaming, you must have Sky Go Extra and either Multiscreen or Sky Glass Whole Home sub on your account as with just Sky Go Extra you do get just the 2.

I am trying with 2 devices, won't even let me have 2! Sky never told me that when I rang but it is only the 2 I am trying to use but says maximum reached after using 1!

I take it you just have Sky Go Extra and don't have either Multiscreen or Sky Glass Whole Home, if not then you should be able to use 2 at the same time so not sure why it isn't working for you ?

Yes just sky go extra. I don't know and neither do sky it's very frustrating, I'm going to cancel paying for it as what's the point if I can't get use out of it I have tried everything!
