Access blocked after being told to press install for updates.
I pressed install, now I can't access Sky on my laptop.
I just get the message A Javascript error has occurred in the main process.
I have spent more than 2 hours contacting Sky trying to get the probelem resolved.

Are you trying to access content via the Sky Go app, if so delete the app and try installing it again.
