MacBook Air - Again

I am trying to load Sky  Go on my new (2024) MacBook Air. I downloaded the app from the Sky site, and tried to open it. It said "We are having problems connecting you - please try again. (001). Doing a bit of reading it says check whether the app is intel or universal - it is intel. It therefore needs Rosetta to run. The Apple people tell me that this machine has Rosetta - contact Sky. So I thought I would ask here. (If I sound particularly technical I am not!). Anyway here is hoping! Gary

Re: MacBook Air - Again

Hi and thank you.

Success at last. It finally worked after I deleted files from the Go menu (as per a post on the thread you directed me to).

I might have a cheeky drink to celebrate tonight (and toast your health!).
