I'm having trouble reinstalling Sky Go on Windows 11 on PC.

Hi there

I was having trouble installing my Sky Go app. I contacted Microsoft, who uninstalled and deleted all the older versions of Sky Go. They tried to reinstall the app and were getting the following error messages (below). They advised that I contact Sky to check compatibility. I contacted Sky via telephone and was advised that it seems like I do have the most up to date versions, and there shouldn't be any issues with installing Sky Go. They advised I try posting on the Customer Forum to see if anyone can assist.

I have downloaded the Sky Go app, but when I try to open this, I'm getting the following error message:

I did follow the instructions as follows:

Right-click on the Sky Go Icon

Select Open File Location

Find Sky Go & delete

But it's not allowing me to - this is the message I am now getting:

Have you closed the app before trying to delete those files ?

Have you tried a reboot on your PC and then tried again ?

@caesarome yes, I have, and unfortunately still getting the same issue.
