Trying to link my sky account with the sky go and my sky app. Been on the phone with someone regarding this, she has said they cannot access my account on their computer. They have spoke to lots of people and nobody knows why. When i try to login on the mysky app, I get as far as the enter your postcode page and then it comes up with 'your account is not authorised to access the my sky app'. I have tried it on my internet browser on my laptop and it signs me in but when i go to 'link my id' I have entered my sky account number and postcode etc to which it then says 'we have been unable to identify this account with the details provided'. I am a first time customer, and have only set up my order of sky stream and sky broadband this morning (recieved confirmation emails and order retails, contract etc). As I said they have now been unable to even access my account from their desktops (3 seperate people tried). The last woman I spoke to said her collegue suggested it is because I have been entered into some sort of trial? and that if this was the case I would have been informed. Well I have not received anything saying this and again, I only set it up around 2 hours ago.
