I am trying to watch skygo via my ps5 console but everytime i try sign in its sayjng i require a skygo extra subscription. I cant find this anywhere on mysky or any forum explaining how i add the extra? i currently have skyhd+ and the link the bot sends me to requires me to sign up to skyq or skyglass without a seperate subscription skygo extra. can anyone help please?

You will need to call Sky to get it added as there will be a charge of £5 per month unless you have a multiscreen subscription then it would be free.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
