Cant download tv programmes on laptop sky go

Hi, im trying to watch or download programmes for later on laptop  but everytime i try to do it i get a message asking if id like to record on skybox 

its very frustrating , i have a sky stream box and im was able to download normal on laptop via sky go but now i have no access to programmes or live tv on my laptop 

just for reference the programme is bigg boss on colours tv 

can anyone help please

Not all content available via the Sky Go app can be downloaded and haven't just checked this program this is one that you can only download to a Sky box.

Wjat is happening when you try to watch a live Sky Sports channel and can you watch the sports channels via your TV service ?
