I am a BT user for TNT sport so i can watch it on my Sky Glass TV, can i watch it through my sky go app?

No, as you are a TNT paying customer so you would need to use their app. Had you been paying Sky for access o the TNT channels then you would have been able to watch them via Sky Go.
