Getting error message on sky Go app on my tablet. Can anyone help?

I have. The tablet works fine on Netflix, Amazon prime etc. Just the sky Go app won't let me watch anything.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes your tablet have a sim in it so it can use mobile data instead, if so try disabling the Wift then trying via the mobile data network to see if it then works.

It hasn't got a sim. Just realised it's not working on my iPhone either.

I've tried to log in to Sky Go since my Glass went down earlier. Initially I got error 200 which is no internet (my internet is fine). Deleted the app and reinstalled and got a little further. I cannot now log in as it won't accept my log in details which I have checked with 2 family members to mae sure they are right. I m wondering if this is all linked to the current outage of Sky Glass?

Are you seeing the same error on your iphone, is so see what happens if you use the mobile data network instead.

I think it was. But returned home now and both working. Is there something that says you can only use sky Go when at home? Surely that's a contradiction.
