I have no TV channels. Since the storms a week or two ago they have not worked since. Internet is fine as I can get my apps to.work like Netflix and YouTube but no TV channels.
There is no satellite singnal

"No Satellite Signal" is an error generated by your Sky box, it has nothing to do with broadband (Internet connectivity) and usually indicates an issue with one or more of the following:

Which Sky TV service do you have? (Sky HD+, Sky Q, etc)
