I recently changed phones to the new Pixel 9.
Is there an issue with using the app on this phone? I can install and open the app, sign in etc but if I try to watch something, either live or via catch up or download something it moves from the preparing screen to constantly sit at 0% on the load screen or fails to download.
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and the device is authorised with the right settings but I just can't watch anything. This is the only streaming app I have this issue with.
Any ideas anyone?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI suppose you have tried disabling Wi-Fi on the phone, uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone then turning on Wi-Fi before installing the app again ?

Yep. This is the only streaming app I have a problem with.
I'm pretty tech savvy but this has got me stumped!
