I cannot log into my sky go account

keep getting a message saying because of a technical issue you cannot watch this channel please try again later. Please can someone help

Has this been working up to now ?

Is this happening on just one channel or others as well ?

I have just upgraded my phone and for some reason am facing the same issue with the same error message. 

I haven't selected a channel, it's the error that pops up on initial sign in. 

is the iPhone app broken?

It was on my old device. 

buy after downloading a new version onto new iPhone I can't log in.

@caesarome @I came across another thread that told me I needed to link my sky id. 

followed steps and voila. It's working.
