I'm supposed to be able to access HBOMax on all SkyGo but I can't figure out how. I can only get it through the box but Sky info says it should be available on all devices.

@BeeDee17 Sky Go is an app, it does not support other apps within it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Where have you read that as it is not the case that you can access HBO Max on Sky Go.

On 'all devices' which can host the HBO Max app, by signing into it using the same credentials as Sky, after that's happened at least once using the Max app on Q, Stream or Glass.
