Help with Sky Go

I recently changed broadband providers ans since then I can't connect to sky go on any of my devices. Any ideas please?

What is happening when you now go to use the Sky Go app, any error messages ?

When I click on the remote, and it searches for the sky box I get an error saying unable to find a sky q box.

of I go to setting, the error says disconnected from sky q even though all devices are in the same wifi

Did you get this sorted? Just a little confused, as clicking the remote that you mentioned is to use your device as a replacement for the Sky remote but it doesn't sound like that's what your query is regarding? Can you explain a little more? Screenshots are also helpful.
