Help watching recording

I am trying to watch a recording on my iPad but it says too many devices in use error code 5-09-403.  No other devices are in use?

Have you tried rebooting your iPad ?

Yes and deleted all devices from sky go but still says the same in iPad and iPhone

No internet since 2:00 am. The wifi connection is good. The app says they are updating the system
