Sky sports cricket scores

For the last 3/4 days the cricket scores have been erratic. Not updating and even showing scores for the wrong day. Occasionally showing the score for a different match to that selected.

I have deleted the app and re-installed twice to no effect. 
Any  help appreciated.

You can let the apps team know via this email address if you want - apps@sky.uk

Let them know what device you are using and what operating system it is running.

I've been emailing that address and getting ridiculous responses apologising for poor service. I've not been critical at all - I just want someone to tell me what to do to resolve the problem.

If the problem is at the server end then there's nothing a user can do to resolve it.

I'm having the same problem on iPhone and iPad. Can't get any cricket scores.

Sky have now informed me this is a know problem they arevworking on. As well as still sending me a link to a help page doesnt even recognise the problem

You could use the ECB app in the meantime or the BBC website for score updates.
