Help please to get the remote control feature working from the android skygo app

I installed this app "Sky UK Remote" onto my Android phone and t was able to control my SkyQ box.

@Eun I just tried it on a samsung s24 which is on android 15 and it doesnt work on that either,so its not an android 15 issue

Hi, everyone.

In order for the support team to proceed with their investigation, they have requested the following:

1. Check the Recordings section on Sky Go and confirm whether you encounter a "Sky Q box not found" on-screen message.

2. Check the TV Guide section on Sky Go, ensuring All Channels is selected in the drop-down above the list, and confirm which channel is listed first.

1. I do not have "Recordings" in Sky Go because I don't have a multiscreen subscription.

I just got a SKYQ App update on my Android mobile phone and the remote feature now works.

Just updated Sky Go app and remote now works for me also! Thanks

Nope.  Reinstalled both sky go and remote to be sure of latest version. Freezes on 'select your box' page and will not respond further.  Both on same WiFi.  Works ok on iPad.
